Loftwell Digital is a small, one-person web studio. Here's exactly what happens with the information you share with me.
What I collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, business name, phone, email, current website and your message.
- If you book a call, the details you enter in the booking calendar.
- Whether you checked the box agreeing to my project terms and this privacy policy.
- What you send me directly by call, text, email or social media, including files like your logo and photos.
- If you become a client, basic billing details like your name and what you paid. Your card details go straight to the payment processor, not to me.
How I use it
- To reply to you, talk about your project, build your website and send you invoices or updates.
- When you send the contact form, you get one automatic welcome email with my client guide. That's the only automatic email.
- That's it. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services that help run this site
- This website is hosted on GitHub Pages.
- The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which sends your message to my business email, a Google Gmail account.
- Call bookings are handled by Calendly. If you book a time, Calendly collects the details you enter (like your name, email and phone) and shares them with me so we can talk.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts.
- Payments, when you pay for a project or care plan, are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
These services may log basic technical details like your IP address, as most websites do. This site doesn't use advertising trackers.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and project details for as long as I need them to work with you and keep basic business and tax records. If we don't end up working together, you can ask me to delete your inquiry anytime.
Keeping it safe
Your information stays in my password-protected business accounts and is only seen by me. No system is perfect, but I only use well-known, trusted services and never share your details with other businesses for marketing.
Kids
This website is for business owners and isn't meant for children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you at any time. Just call, text or email me, and I'll take care of it within 30 days. Some details may need to be kept for tax records, and I'll tell you if that applies.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
